The Blackwood Gallery's featured contemporary art from Mexico guest-curated by Toronto-based artist and independent curator Germaine Koh. It focused on an emerging generation of artists from Mexico City, including Galia Eibenschutz, Daniel Guzmán, Jonathan Hernández, Gabriel Kuri, Minerva Cuevas, Yoshua Okón, and Luis Felipe Ortega. The work included objects, video, photographs and performance documents, and engaged quotidian urban phenomena common to life in one of the world's largest and most volatile cities.
